- The fleet is 8 e-bikes and 20 bicycles in total. That is not the same as what is free on your dates: availability is checked for the dates you pick when you book, and the booking page tells you if a bike type is taken.
- How long can I rent a bike for?
- Bikes are rented by the day, for 1 to 30 days per booking. Pick your start and end dates on the booking page; the price is the daily rate per bike times the number of days, counting both the first and the last day.
- Can I rent a normal bicycle instead of an e-bike?
- Yes — a bicycle is Rp 75.000 per day, with the same free island delivery, booked on the same booking page.
- Are there cars on Gili Air?
- No — Gili Air is car-free and motorbike-free. Getting around means walking, cycling, e-biking or horse cart, which is why bike rental is the standard way to explore the island.
- Is delivery included with a bike rental?
- Yes — island delivery on Gili Air is free and runs 08:00–21:00 WITA. Same-day booking is available during those hours. A lock is included with every rental.
- Are helmets included?
- No, helmets are not included with bike rentals.
