nūsa life (operated by CV NUSA CUAN SELALU, Gili Air, Lombok, Indonesia) provides e-bike, bicycle, boat and car rental and transfer bookings at nusalife.com. This policy explains what personal data we collect and how we use it. For any privacy question, contact info@nusalife.com.
When you make a booking we collect the details you give us: your name, WhatsApp number, email address (optional), pickup or delivery location, travel dates and times, and any notes or referral code you add. We also collect basic technical and usage data through analytics cookies (see section 5), and a payment reference when you pay by bank transfer or PayPal. We do not store card numbers or bank credentials — payments are made directly to the bank or payment provider.
We use your data only to provide our service: to reserve and confirm your booking, prepare your vehicle or trip, contact you on WhatsApp or email about your booking, verify your payment, and respond to your questions. We may use aggregated, non-identifying analytics to understand which services are popular and improve the site.
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the service providers needed to run the booking platform — our hosting and database providers (Vercel, Supabase), Google Analytics for usage measurement, and, when you choose to pay that way, PayPal or our future payment gateway. These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy terms.
We use Google Analytics cookies to understand how visitors use the site. These load only after you accept them in our cookie banner — if you decline, analytics cookies are not set and you can still book normally. You can also clear cookies at any time in your browser settings.
We keep booking records for as long as needed to provide the service, handle follow-ups or refunds, and meet legal and accounting obligations, after which they are deleted or anonymised.
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Email info@nusalife.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
