By accessing the website and booking services at nusalife.com, the customer automatically agrees to all applicable terms and conditions. The platform provides rental services including boats, car charters, electric bikes, and standard bicycles.
All reservations depend on unit availability and operational schedules for the customer's selected dates. Bookings become valid and binding only after payment completion and receipt of official confirmation via WhatsApp.
Card payments (credit and debit) are acquired by PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BCA) and captured on the PCI DSS compliant payment pages of BCA or its authorised payment gateway. Other payment methods are handled by their own providers: QRIS, virtual account and bank transfer through our payment gateway partner Midtrans, and PayPal payments through PayPal. Bank transfers made manually are paid directly into our bank account and confirmed by our team. Whichever method you choose, the full rental fee is payable upfront to confirm a booking, and no security deposit is required for any of our services.
Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled pickup, departure, or transfer time are eligible for a full refund (48 hours or more for Boat Trip bookings). Cancellations made after that window, and no-shows, are not refundable. The company reserves the right to cancel due to force majeure events such as extreme weather, with customers entitled to a full refund or rescheduling regardless of the cancellation window. Any damage, loss of fleet, or late return caused by customer negligence will incur a repair charge or penalty, billed separately.
All prices are quoted and all transactions are charged in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR); any other currency shown on the site is an indicative conversion for reference only. Card payments are acquired by PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BCA), our acquiring bank, and captured on the PCI DSS compliant payment pages of BCA or its authorised payment gateway. Card details are entered directly into that PCI DSS compliant environment — nūsa never receives, transmits or stores your card number, expiry date or CVV on any of its systems. Cardholder authentication is performed by your issuing bank via 3-D Secure. nusalife.com is served entirely over HTTPS, encrypting data in transit between your browser and our servers with TLS (Secure Socket Layer).
