By accessing the website and booking services at nusalife.com, the customer automatically agrees to all applicable terms and conditions. The platform provides rental services including boats, car charters, electric bikes, and standard bicycles.
All reservations depend on unit availability and operational schedules for the customer's selected dates. Bookings become valid and binding only after payment completion and receipt of official confirmation via WhatsApp.
Payments are accepted by GoPay, QRIS, bank virtual account and PayPal. GoPay, QRIS and bank virtual account payments are processed through Midtrans. PayPal payments are processed through PayPal. Credit and debit cards are not available yet. The full rental fee is payable upfront to confirm a booking, and no security deposit is required for any of our services.
Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled pickup, departure, or transfer time are eligible for a full refund (48 hours or more for Boat Trip bookings). Self-drive car rentals must be cancelled at least 2 days before the rental starts, and car day trips at least 4 days before the trip. Cancellations made after the applicable deadline, and no-shows, are not refundable. The company reserves the right to cancel due to force majeure events such as extreme weather, with customers entitled to a full refund or rescheduling regardless of the cancellation window. Any damage, loss of fleet, or late return caused by customer negligence will incur a repair charge or penalty, billed separately.
All prices are quoted and all transactions are charged in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR); any other currency shown on the site is an indicative conversion for reference only. GoPay, QRIS and bank virtual account payments are processed by Midtrans; PayPal payments are processed by PayPal. Credit and debit cards are not available yet. nūsa does not store your payment credentials. nusalife.com is served entirely over HTTPS, encrypting data in transit between your browser and our servers with TLS.

Services are operated and fulfilled from our outlet on Gili Air, Kecamatan Pemenang, Kabupaten Lombok Utara, Nusa Tenggara Barat, Indonesia. Both are in Indonesia, which is the country from which payment options are offered to customers.
There is no age restriction on browsing or booking through nusalife.com, and no membership or geographic restriction on who may use the site. Customers who rent a motorised vehicle remain responsible for holding any licence or permit required by Indonesian law to operate it.
