1. General Terms

By accessing the website and booking services at nusalife.com, the customer automatically agrees to all applicable terms and conditions. The platform provides rental services including boats, car charters, electric bikes, and standard bicycles.

2. Booking and Availability

All reservations depend on unit availability and operational schedules for the customer's selected dates. Bookings become valid and binding only after payment completion and receipt of official confirmation via email.

3. Payment and Security Deposit Policy

All payment transactions are processed securely through our partners' official payment gateway. Customers must pay either a down payment or the full rental fee upfront. Security deposits are refundable if the fleet is returned in good condition within the rental period.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations must comply with the specified cancellation window. Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days. The company reserves the right to cancel due to force majeure events such as extreme weather, with customers entitled to a full refund or rescheduling.

5. Customer Responsibility and Damage Penalties

Any damage, loss of fleet, or late return caused by customer negligence will incur a penalty or repair charge. These charges are deducted from the security deposit or billed separately.
