From cruising the island on an e-bike to hopping across waters by boat, nūsa gets you there in just a few taps.

Frequently asked questions

How long does the battery last?

Our E-bikes are designed for island exploration and can typically cover up to 40-60km on a single full charge, depending on the terrain.

What happens if the battery runs out?

Don't worry! You can contact our support team via WhatsApp, and we will assist you with a charger or battery swap.

How do I get my boat ticket?

Once your booking is confirmed on our website, you will receive a confirmation via WhatsApp. Simply show the confirmation.

What is the check-in time?

Please arrive at the harbor at least 30 minutes before your scheduled departure for the check-in process.

Can I reschedule my boat trip?

Rescheduling is possible up to 24 hours before departure, subject to seat availability. Please contact our support team for assistance.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept various payment methods including Credit Cards (Visa/Mastercard) and local Indonesian payments (QRIS, Bank Transfer) via our secure payment gateway.

What is your refund policy?

Full refunds are available for cancellations made at least 48 hours before the service date. Cancellations made within 24 hours are non-refundable.
